4.1 Online Appointment System

The Clinic provides an online appointment booking system for patient convenience. By booking an appointment through our Website or phone:

4.2 Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is not confirmed until the Clinic sends you a confirmation message via SMS, email, or phone call. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment at our sole discretion. You will be notified promptly if your appointment cannot be scheduled.

4.3 Attendance and Punctuality

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may reschedule your appointment at our discretion. Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee and the removal of your appointment booking privileges.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Cancellation

5.2 Cancellation Timeline and Fees

Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance: No cancellation fee
Cancellation 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% of consultation fee applies
Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: 100% of consultation fee applies (non-refundable)
No-show without cancellation: 100% of consultation fee applies plus potential loss of booking privilege

5.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling must be done through the same contact methods as cancellation. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee.

5.4 Clinic's Right to Cancel

The Clinic reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any appointment due to:

Emergency situations or urgent patient needs
Illness or unavailability of the dentist
Unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters
Security concerns or safety issues

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

6. Payment and Billing Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

The Clinic accepts the following payment methods:

Net Banking and UPI
Digital Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Apple Pay)
Post-dated checks (with bank details verification)

6.2 Pricing and Quotes

All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. We will provide a detailed treatment quote before commencing any major procedure. The quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Actual costs may vary based on the complexity of the case, additional treatments discovered during examination, and unforeseen complications.

6.3 Payment Terms

Consultation Fee: Payable at the time of appointment
Treatment Plans: 50% advance payment required to initiate treatment (refundable minus administration fee if cancelled)
Major Procedures: Payment schedule as per treatment plan agreement
Emergency Treatment: Full payment required on the day of treatment

6.4 Refund Policy

Refunds for consultation fees are available only if the appointment is cancelled by the Clinic or if services are not rendered as agreed. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds are provided for:

Treatments completed as per plan
Patient no-shows or late cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment

6.5 Late Payment and Debt Recovery

Invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Outstanding balances may accrue interest at 2% per month (24% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law. The Clinic reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including debt recovery proceedings, to collect outstanding dues in accordance with Indian contract law.

7. Medical and Dental Treatment Terms

7.1 Patient Responsibility

You agree to:

Provide complete and accurate medical and dental history
Disclose all current medications and allergies
Inform us of any changes in your health status
Follow post-treatment care instructions provided by the dentist
Maintain regular follow-up appointments as recommended
Notify us immediately of any adverse reactions or complications

7.2 Treatment Risks and Disclaimers

All dental procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, bleeding, nerve damage, allergic reactions, and complications from anesthesia. While we take all necessary precautions, the Clinic cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Factors such as your oral hygiene, immune system, medication use, and lifestyle significantly affect treatment results. You acknowledge and accept these risks before undergoing any procedure.

7.3 Second Opinions

You have the right to seek a second opinion from another dentist at any time. We will provide copies of your dental records, X-rays, and treatment documentation upon request, free of charge, to facilitate a second opinion or transfer of care.

7.4 Treatment Abandonment

The Clinic reserves the right to discontinue treatment if you fail to follow clinical recommendations, do not maintain adequate oral hygiene, or do not keep scheduled appointments. If treatment is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and work to ensure continuity of care with another dentist.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
